【Abstract】 The optimum purification’s conditions of HA by ion-exchange chromatography were studied. As a result, while macroporous ion-exchange resin D315 and 0.6mol/L NaCl solution as a eluent were selected. The purification efficiency was very well. The content of protein was less than 0.3%, the recovery was up to 71.1%, the average molecular weight of HA was more than 960,000.更多还原
