【摘要】 研究了铅与meso-四（4-磺酸苯基）卟啉（TPPS₄）的显色反应条件,试验发现,在盐酸羟胺存在下和碱性（pH 12）介质中,铅与TPPS₄在室温即可络合完全,络合比为1:1,摩尔吸光系数ε=2.64X10⁵,铅含量在0～2.0μg/10ml范围内呈线性,经APDC/MIBK 萃取分离,排除干扰后,用于自来水、桃叶中痕量铅的测定,结果满意.更多还原

【Abstract】 The color reaction of meso-tetrakis(4-sulfophenyl) porphyrin (TPPS4) and lead in the presence of hydroxylamine hydrochloride was studied. The experimental results indicated that at room temperature, in an alkaline solution of pH = 12, a stable 1 : 1 (M : L) complex is formed. The Soret band of the complex is at 465nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 2. 64×10~5. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~2. 0μg of lead per 10ml. This method has been used to determine microamounts of lead in pipewater and peach leafage with satisfac-tory results.更多还原
