【摘要】 采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对工业用结晶器保护渣渣膜进行了观测，结果表明：渣膜厚度约０．７～１ｍｍ，基本结构有三层，两层为结晶层，中间为玻璃层，某些情况下也呈玻璃与结晶层交替排列的多层结构。厚度方向上Ｃａ的分布略有差别，一般是中心偏高，但同时也发现局部有ＣａＳ富集或微气孔现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 he film of mould powder for continuous casting was investigated by microscope and sweep eiectron microscope.The results show thickness of the film is about 0.7-1mm the structure of the film is three layers (there is glass layer between crystal ones.),Some films are more than three layers,which arranged by crystal and glass.Distributions of Ca is different on middle and side edge.generally,Ca contents of middle is higher.Meanwhile finds:concentration of CaS,or tiny hole were generated locally.更多还原
