蓝晶石对不定形耐火材料膨胀性影响的实验研究
Effect of Kyanite on Expansion of Formless Refrac tory
【摘要】 蓝晶石在高温下发生相变 ,产生体积膨胀 ,将其加入到不定型耐火材料中 ,可改善材料的性能。本文探讨了蓝晶石加入量、焙烧温度与材料线变化率三者之间的关系。结果表明 ,焙烧温度相同条件下 ,线变化率随蓝晶石加矿量增加而增加 ,不同温度下 ,同一含量的蓝晶石 ,其材料的线变化率是不对称的“V”字型 ,并以 10 0 0℃最低 ,此结论对生产有指导作用
【Abstract】 Elevated temperature resutlts in phrase transformation in kyanite, which is accompanied with volume expansion. Based on addition to formless refractory, improvement in the property of relevant material is achieved. This paper discussed the relation among quantity of kyanite, elevated temperature and linear ratio of the refractory, and the experiments have shown that the same elevated temperature said a direct propotion between linear ratio and quantity of kyanite, while different temperatures form a V shaped diagram asymmetrical as to linear ratio from the definite addition of kyanite. Meanwhile, at 1 000℃ shows a minimum linear ratio. This conclusion is bound to benefit production processing.
