山西某重钙搅拌磨湿法超细磨矿及微粉加工工艺研究

【摘要】 通过工业型搅拌磨超细磨矿试验 ,研究了山西某重钙湿法超细粉碎和微粉加工工艺。结果表明 ,GSDM— 40 0型超细盘式搅拌磨可在较高效率下加工出 -2 μm含量大于 90 %的重钙微粉且无过磨现象 ,重钙微粉可采用磨矿—分级流程 ,磨矿宜采用循环方式

【Abstract】 Wet ultrafine grinding and elaboration technique of ultrafine powder of finely ground calcium carbonate (GCC) in Shanxi province are studied based on ultrafine grinding test by a commercial stirred mill. The results show that ultrafine powder of GCC in which the content of particles having diameter of -2μm is more than 90 percent can be produced in higher efficiency and without overgrinding by using GSDM-400 ultrafine plate stirred mill, the elaboration of the ultrafine powder may use grinding classification flowchart, and ultrafine grinding should be made in circulation way.
