改性剂与矿物填料界面结合关系研究
Study on Interface Bonding Relationships Between Modifying Agents and Mineral Fillers
【摘要】 本文通过对改性矿物填料的热稳定性、红外光谱以及比表面积测定研究 ,揭示了改性剂与矿物填料的界面结合关系。研究表明 ,采用不同改性剂和改性方法 (干法、湿法 )处理的矿物填料具有不同的改性效果和热稳定性 ;改性剂与矿物填料的界面存在物理吸附与化学吸附双重作用 ;矿物填料表面物理、化学性质与改性效果有着直接的联系
【Abstract】 On the basis of the analyses of thermal stability, infrared spectra as well as specific surface area of modifying mineral fillers, the interfaces bonding relationships between modifying agents and mineral fillers have been discussed in this paper. The study has indicated that mineral fillers, which are treated with different modifying agents and modifying methods (dry and wet), will have different modifying effects and thermal stability. Interfaces boding between modifying agents and mineral fillers have the two forms of physical absorption and chemical absorption. Surface physical and chemical properties of mineral fillers have direct relationships with modifying effects of mineral fillers.
