PZT/环氧树脂0-3型压电复合材料性能的研究
The Study of Piezoelectric Properties for PZT/Epoxy Resin 0 3 Composites
【摘要】 制备了以环氧树脂为基体,不同PZT材料为压电相的两种0-3型压电复合材料.研究了极化工艺参数和陶瓷粉末对压电系数d33的影响.结果表明,复合材料的压电系数d33先随极化电场E和极化时间t的增加而增加,之后趋于恒定.PZT体积含量增加,介电常数ε2减小,则复合材料压电系数d33增加.
【Abstract】 Two kinds of flexible composites having the connectivity of 0 3 were prepared from the same epoxy resin as matrix but with different piezoelectric phases of lead zirconate titanate (PZT). The dependence of poling parameters and ceramics powder on the piezoelectric coefficient d 33 of composites is discussed. It shows that d 33 increases with the increasing poling field E and poling time t at first, and then it tends to be constant. So optimum poling conditions can be obtained. The increase of volume fraction of PZT and the decrease of dielectric constant ε 2 will result in the rise of d 33 .
