【摘要】 目的:探讨川穹嗪（LGT）对家兔肝缺血再灌注损伤时血小板聚集功能的影响.方法:应用家兔肝缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察血小板最大聚集率(Pt_max)、最大聚集时间（PtT）及聚集坡斜率（PtS）的变化和LGT的调控作用.结果:肝缺血再灌注时,Pt_max、PtS明显增加.PtT显著缩短,LGT可明显减轻上述指标的异常变化.结论:LGT对兔肝缺血再灌注损伤时血小板的聚集功能有明显的调控作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the effect of ligustrazin（LGT）on the function of platelet aggregation during hepatic ischemia and reperfusion injury （HIRI）. METHODS; Using a HIRI model in 20 rabbits,changes of Pt_max and its PtT as well as its PtS were measured and effects of LGT on them were observed during HIRI , and mechanism of effect of LGT on them were studied. RESULTS:Pt_max and PtS all increased significantly （P<0. 05 and P< 0.01） ,while PtT decreased remarkably （P<0.1）during HIRI,LGT could obviously ameliorate the unnormal changes of parameters as above. CONCLUSION;It is indicated that LGT could effectively protect the function of platelet aggregation during HIRI, mechanism of which may be through regulating balance between TXA₂ and PGI₂.更多还原
