【摘要】 目的:研究双黄连粉针在大鼠体内的药物动力学.方法:采用HPLC法测定大鼠血浆中双黄连粉针中绿原酸的血药浓度.流动相甲醇:磷酸缓冲液（pH2.7）（10:90）,色谱柱ERC-ODS-1161（6mm×100mm）,紫外检测波长274nm,柱温55℃,流速1ml/min.结果:当剂量为60mg/kg时,药物动力学参数为Vc=0.09L,Ke=0.68/h,K₁₂=2.66/h,K₂₁=1.67/h,T_1/2=1.14h,α=4.77h^-1,β=0.55h^-1,AUC=1.73μg·h/ml.结论:双黄连粉针中绿原酸在大白鼠体内呈二室模型分布.更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To get a clear understanding of pharmacokinetics change of shuanghuanglian powder injection in the body. METHODS: Using HPLC, pharmacokinetics of chloro-genic acid in shuanghuanglian powder injection was determined. The conditions were follow: column, ERC-ODS-1161, 6mm × 100mm; temperature, 55℃ ; flowphases, MeOH: phosphate-buffer （10: 90） ;flow rate, 0. 8ml/min. RESULTSl; The parameter of the pharmacokinetion was Vc = 0. 09L, Ke = 0. 68/h, K21 = 2. 66/h, K12 = 1. 67/h, T1/2 = 1. 14h, a = 4. 77h^-1, μ = 0. 55h^-1,AUC=1.73βg ·h/ml.
