【摘要】 应用苯那普利治疗原发性高血压患者30例，剂量为3～10mg/d，疗程24周，血压从治疗前24．3／14．4kPa降至18．6／10．5kPa；治疗后的血胰岛素水平、血胰岛素／葡萄糖比值和左心室重量均较治疗前下降（均P＜0．05），提示：苯那普利有明显的改善胰岛素抵抗和左心室肥厚效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty patients with essential hypertension were treated with benazepril 3-10 mg daily for 24 weeks. The results showed that there were significant difference(P <0.05) in blood pressure(24. 3/14.4 kPa vs 18. 6/10. 5 kPa),Plasma insulin level,plasma insulin/glucose ratio and left ventricular hypertropy pre-and post-treatment. It suggests that benazepril has a obvious effect on improving insulin resistance and left ventricular hypertropy in patients with essential hypertension.更多还原
