【摘要】 自1990年起，对38条静脉病变的下肢，通过静脉向近侧插管，将导管置于每对瓣膜下方注入造影剂，观察屏气时造影剂的泄漏量和程度。结果证明，本检测方法能清晰显示下腔静脉和髂静脉，更能定位检测深静脉中各对瓣膜的功能，从而为探讨发病机理、明确诊断和手术方法选择，提供可靠的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 1990, the authors began to perform transpopliteal venograpgy in 38 lower limbs withvenous diseases in Jiang-Su province. The catheter was inserted into the popliteal vein, and the tip wasplaced just below the tested valve. Then about 5mL of the contrast medium was injected as the patientwas in 60-degree head up position. The retrograde flow of the contrast medium was carefully observed after valsalva maneuver. It is proved that this method can clearly visualize the vena cava and iliac vein, testthe function of each valve, make correct diagnosis and choose proper surgical method of treatment.更多还原
