【摘要】 对15例胰外瘘病人按时间先后分为对照组（n＝8）与治疗组（n＝7），对照组采用一般治疗，治疗组采用TPN结合十四肽生长抑素（Somatostatin）进行治疗，并作临床对比观察。结果表明，治疗组瘘口引流量明显低于对照组（P＜0．05），血淀粉酶比对照组下降较快（P＜0．05），瘘口闭合时间比对照组显著缩短（P＜0．01）。作者认为，TPN结合生长抑素是治疗胰外瘘一种新的有效方法，值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 From August 1993 to May 1997. on the basis of time order, we divided ic patients with pancreatic fistula into two groups: the control group (n=8 ), using general Treatment and the therapetic group (n=7), using TPN combined with Somatostatin. Theresults of this clinical contrast indicated that the drainage of the fistula in the therapetic group is lower obviously than that in the controlgroup (P<0.05 ); The serum amylase level decreased faster than that of the control group (P<0.05 ); The clinical healing time was shortened significantly compared to the control group (P<0.01 ). We consider that TPN combined with Somatostatin is a new efficative treatment to the pancreatic fistula, descrying popular application.更多还原
