【Abstract】 A 57 year old man with leukemia cutis is reported. The duration of illness was 1 month. At first the patient had fever, fatigue and pale in appearance. Half month later, red papules were found on the neck and upper arms, nodules and plaques without subjective symptoms on the forearms. The histopathologic feature of the nodule was characteristic of leukemia cutis. The bone marrow and immune monoantibody examination revealed acute granulocytic leukemia M2 type. The lesions completely subsided after 17 days of chemotherapy, but reappeared again after one month.更多还原
