【摘要】 为探索一种新的、方便有效的诊断尿流异常的检查方法，采用尿音图对2例健康人及4倒排尿异常患者（2例前列腺增生，1倒尿道口狭窄，1例尿道口畸形）的排尿声音录音后经语音图描记并进行分析。结果正常与3种异常排尿的尿合图明显不同。认为尿音图可望成为诊断尿道疾病的一种新的和有效的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urination sounds of 2 healthy men and 4 patients with abnormal urinary flow (2with prostatic hyperplasia, 1 with meatal stenosis and another 1 with meatal malformation) were recorded and analyzed with sound spectrograph. 4 types of urophpnogram can be clearly differentiated with each representing one of the 3 kinds of urination abnormalities and normal urination.Urosonography might become an effective method for the diagnosis of urethral disease.更多还原
