【Abstract】 42 testis biopsy specimens from patients with in fertility were studied by histochemistry staining of PAS, PASM, Masson and immunochmistry of IgG, IgA, IgM.Immunocomplex of IgG, IgA, IgM were found deposited in the interstitium and seminiferous tubules of the testicular. PAS positive material appeared in some of the semimiferous tubules of the testicular. The result indicated that the immune response in the testis might be responsible for the male infertility.更多还原
