【Abstract】 51 cases of complicated renal calculi were treated using open operation. The results indicated that residual stones existed in 8 patients and no one died- It was considered that pyelolit-hotomy and intrasinusal pyelolithotomy were basic and first selection for the treatment of compli-cated nephrolithiasis. The intrasinusal pyelolithotomy together with nephrolithotomy were suitable for giant stag-horn calculi.更多还原
