【摘要】 利用骨形成蛋白单克隆抗体（BMP－McAb），采用免疫组化的方法，观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）对山羊拔牙创愈合过程中骨形成蛋白含量与分布的影响。结果表示：局部应用bFGF能刺激内源性BMP的合成和分泌，BMP促使未分化的间充质细胞向骨系细胞分化，从而诱导新骨生成，促进了拔牙创的早期愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was designed to evaluate the effect of bFGF on the content and distributionof BMP during the healing process after tooth extraction. The mandibular lateral incisors of 12 goatswere extracted under anaesthesia. One side wound of each animal was injected with bFGF saline(0. 1ml, 1000u/ml ), while the other side wound was traied with normal saline as control’ Themandibular samples were taken at the 7th and 14th day after surgery. The immunohistochemical defection was adopted with the aid of BMP-McAb. The results showed that bFGF can stimulate the synthesis and secretion of endogenous BMP, while BMP can induce the differentiation of the undifferentiatedmesenchymal cell to bonelines cells, enhance the new bone formation in the wound of tooth extraction.更多还原
