【摘要】 目的观察密钙息治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法３２例患者随机分成２组，用药组１８例，骨牵引加ｉｍ密钙息５６天；对照组１４例，骨牵引５６天。结果骨痂出现时间：用药组３３．８天±５．５天，对照组３８．０天±４．６天（Ｐ＜０．０５）；有效缓解疼痛：用药组５．２天±１．５天，对照组７．５天±２．１天（Ｐ＜０．０１）；碱性磷酸酶：用药组及对照组治疗前与治疗后差异均有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），但用药组与对照组之间差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论密钙息在老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗中有良好的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effectiveness of miacalcia in treating elder for femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 32 elderly patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. In the trial group (18 cases), skeletal traction was performed and miacalcia(50 IU) had been injected muscularly q.d. In the control group(14 cases), only skeletal traction was performed. The therapeutic course was 56 d. Results In the trial group, the callus was formed at 33 8 d±5 5 d and the pain was relieved at 5 2 d±1 5 d and in the control group at 38 0 d±4 6 d( P<0 05 ) and at 7 5 d±2 10 d( P<0 01 ). In these 2 groups, there was an obvious difference before and after the treatment ( P<0 01) in serolevel of ALP, but no obvious difference was found between drug group and control group ( P>0 05) . Conclusion The effect of miacalcia was satisfactory in treating the disease.更多还原
