【Abstract】 TdTmediated　dUTP　nick　end　labeling　technique　was　used　to　detect　apoptosis　in　30　patients　of　hepatocellular　carcinoma　in　this　article,the　results　showed　all　patients　were　found　have　apoptosis　in　varying　degrees.14　cases　were　positive　in　single　cells,7　cases　were　spot　positive;6　cases　were　small　pieces　positive　and　3　cases　were　found　have　large　flat　apoptosis.Some　cases　were　found　positive　in　cytoplasm.This　technique　is　sensitive,specific,fast,convenient,flexible　and　is　suitable　for　laboratories　and　clinical　research.更多还原
