【摘要】 本文报道用γ－干扰紊（ＩＦＮ－γ）治疗慢性肝炎肝纤维化２０例的结果，另有２０例以一般常规治疗为对照。治疗前、后做作肝功能、肝纤维化血清指标（ＨＡ、Ⅳ－Ｃ、ＰＣⅢ和ＬＮ）。治疗后，肝功能均有不同程度好转，尤以白蛋白升高；ＨＡ、Ⅳ－ＣＰＣⅢ和ＬＮ均有明显下降，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。初步证明ＩＦＮ－γ有一定的抗肝纤维化作用，且无严重副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty patients with liver fibrosis caused by chronic hepatitis were treated with interferon-Y (IFN-Y). One treatment duration is intramuscular injection 1MU per day for 30 days and 1MU every other day for next 60 days. The liver function and the serum parameters of fibrosis and b Ultrasound all significantly after one or two treatment durtion , while the control group , 20 other similar patients , who were treated with routine treatment had no significant changes. The results showed that IFN-Y has the effect of antifibrosis , and further im proved study is needed.更多还原
