【Abstract】 Objective: A new viewpoint about the CT diagnostic significance of vacuum phenomenon within the lumbar intervertebral joint was proposed.Materials and Methods:The CT features with vacuum phenomena within the lumbar intervertebral joint of 9 cases were analyzed and compared with lateral views of the lumbar spine.Results:In 7 cases of them, forward slip of the relative vertebrae was found.Conclusions: Vacuum phenomenon fo lumbar intervertebral joint is not only attributable to cartilaginous degeneration, but also to the important sign of the spondylolisthesis.更多还原
