【摘要】 目的：研究常现X线、CT和三维CT对显示颌骨骨折的优缺点和互补点。材料与方法：对61例不同类型的上、下颌骨骨折常现X线、CT和三维CT显示情况进行对比分析，同时与手术结果对照，结果：对下颌骨体部和角部的骨折3种影像学检查均显示准确；对下颌骨髁状突骨折的显示三维CT优于CT和常规X线；对上颌骨骨折常规X线显示较差，CT和三维CT显示准确率相似。二维CT对颌骨骨折显示得立体直观，CT可同时显示骨折部位软组织改变的情况，结论：3种影像学检查对颌骨骨折的显示各有优缺点．三者相互结合可以提高对颌骨骨折显示的准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the advantage, shortage and mutual benefit of conventional X-ray film, CT and 3D-CT. Materials and Methods: Conventional X-ray face, CT and 3D-CT were performed in 61 cases of jaws fractures. The signs of these three imaging methods were compared with each other and with the operation findings. Results: The fractures in body and angle part of mandible could be shown excellently with all these imaging methods. 3D-CF is the best method in showing the mandibular fractures. Conventional X-ray film is poor, and the accuracy of CT and 3D-CT is similar in showing the maxillary fractures. 3D-CT shows the jaws fractures directly and stereoscopicly, CT is very useful in showing the soft tissue parts around fracturea. Conclusion: Conventional X-ray film, CT and 3D-CT has each of their advantages and shortages in showing the jaws fractures. The accurate rate of diagnosis can be raised with combination of these three imaging methods.更多还原
