颌骨骨折的常规X线、CT和三维CT对比研究
Comparetive Analysis of Ordinary X-ray Film, CT and 3D-CT in the Jaws Fractures
【摘要】 目的:研究常现X线、CT和三维CT对显示颌骨骨折的优缺点和互补点。材料与方法:对61例不同类型的上、下颌骨骨折常现X线、CT和三维CT显示情况进行对比分析,同时与手术结果对照,结果:对下颌骨体部和角部的骨折3种影像学检查均显示准确;对下颌骨髁状突骨折的显示三维CT优于CT和常规X线;对上颌骨骨折常规X线显示较差,CT和三维CT显示准确率相似。二维CT对颌骨骨折显示得立体直观,CT可同时显示骨折部位软组织改变的情况,结论:3种影像学检查对颌骨骨折的显示各有优缺点.三者相互结合可以提高对颌骨骨折显示的准确率。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the advantage, shortage and mutual benefit of conventional X-ray film, CT and 3D-CT. Materials and Methods: Conventional X-ray face, CT and 3D-CT were performed in 61 cases of jaws fractures. The signs of these three imaging methods were compared with each other and with the operation findings. Results: The fractures in body and angle part of mandible could be shown excellently with all these imaging methods. 3D-CF is the best method in showing the mandibular fractures. Conventional X-ray film is poor, and the accuracy of CT and 3D-CT is similar in showing the maxillary fractures. 3D-CT shows the jaws fractures directly and stereoscopicly, CT is very useful in showing the soft tissue parts around fracturea. Conclusion: Conventional X-ray film, CT and 3D-CT has each of their advantages and shortages in showing the jaws fractures. The accurate rate of diagnosis can be raised with combination of these three imaging methods.
