雄激素受体mRNA基因在喉癌组织中的表达与研究
Study on androgen receptor mRNA expression on laryngocarcinoma tisssue
【摘要】 为探讨雌激素受体(AR)mRNA基因在喉鳞状细胞发展中的作用,应用Northern杂交技术,以及喉癌组织的总RNA分离、激光扫描等方法,观察、分析、检测了AR基因在喉鳞状细胞组织中,以及癌旁正常组织中表达及意义。结果显示,27例喉癌组织中及6例癌旁正常组织中均存在AN,且喉癌组织中ARmRNA基因的表达水平明显高于癌旁正常组织,通常情况下在癌旁正常组织中ARmRNA基因处于一种低表达状态,而喉癌组织中的ARmRNA基因则发生改变。从而在分子水平上进一步证实了在喉癌组织中及癌旁正常组织中,不但存在AR,而且两者ARmRNA基因表达有明显差异,提示AN基因可能在控制喉癌组织生长方面起重要作用。
【Abstract】 Exploring the role of androgen receptor (AN) in development of laryngocarcinoma,exptession of AN in larynx squamous cell carcinoma and normal larrox tissue were observed andanalysed by Northern blot hybrniization. The results showed: AR mRNA was founded in both 27larynx squamous carcinoma and 6 normal larynx tissue beside carcinonma samples. The intensity ofAR mRNA expression in carcinoma was significantly stronger than that in normal larynx tissue,and the expression of AR mRNA was in low degree in normal larW tissue. The existence and dif-ferent expression of AR mRNA in both laryngocarcinoma and normal larynx tissue suggest thatAR gene can control development of laryngocarcinoma tissue.
