【Abstract】 Based on analysis of traditional large-scale decompose-coordinate problem, a hybrid algorithm of TS and GAs has been built for solving large-scale resource allocation problem. In accordance with special features of large-scale resource allocation problem, some parameters in TS and some operators in GAs are selected appropriately.
