广义预测控制在集散控制系统中的应用
Practical Use of Generalized Predictive Control Algorithm Using DCS
【摘要】 广义预测控制具有柔化作用、多步预测、滚动优化和在线自适应校正等优点,能直接处理具有大滞后和不确定性的工业对象。采用矩阵分解和递推求逆算法在加热炉温度控制中的应用表明,该算法适用范围广,提高了控制精度,取得了良好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The generalized predictive control has several advantages such as flexible function, multiple prediction, rolling optimizing and online adjusting. It can deal with the process with long time-delay and uncertainty. A recursive algorithm of evaluating the invert-matrix of GPC is introduced which is based on the matrix disintegration, It is applied in the heating funace. The application results show the algorighm is effective. It has improved the control precision and got better economic benefit.
