磁铅石型六角铁氧体纳米磁粉的制备

【摘要】 磁铅石型六角铁氧体(MO·6Fe2O3,M=Ba、Sr)是重要的永磁材料和具有潜在应用价值的磁记录材料。本文综述了近年来在磁铅石型铁氧体纳米磁粉的合成与制备领域的一些最新研究进展,包括化学共沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、水热法、机械球磨法、玻璃晶化法、有机树脂法、液体混合技术等,并对各种合成方法进行了简要评价。

【Abstract】 Hexagonal magnetoplumbite-type ferrite magnetic powders such as BaFe 12 O 19 and SrFe 12 O 19 have attracted great attention not only as important permanent magnets but also as a promising material for perpendicular magnetic recording medium,because of their relatively strong anisotropy and interesting magnetization Various preparation methods have been used to obtain nanostructured ferrite magnetic powders,for example,chemical coprecipitation method,sol-gel method,hydrothermal method,mechanical ball milling method,glass crystallization method,organic resin method,liquid mix technique and so on In this paper,some of the recent research progress in synthesis of magnetoplumbite-type nanostructured ferrite magnetic powders is reviewed
