中矿循环量在浮选过程中的有效控制

【摘要】 凤凰山铜矿选矿厂采用“BFP”型浮选机,系阶梯形纵向自流配置,其浮选中矿需砂泵返回,由于中矿量的变化,引起浮选指标极不稳定。通过有效调节,实时控制浮选循环中的中矿泵流量,使浮选过程保持相对稳定,从而达到了提高选别指示,减少金属流失的目的。

【Abstract】 In the mineral processing plant of Fenghuangsham copper mine,the Model BFP floatation machine was used and laid out according to the stepped vertical gravity flow pattern,where the middling was returned by pulp pump.A change of middling production makes the floatation targets be very unstable.By the effective and the real time controlling of the middling pumping flow in the floatation cycle,the process of floatation was kept to a relative constancy,hence the goals of improving separating targets and reducing metals loss have been attained.
