试论高校学科梯队建设的科学评估与管理

【摘要】 本文讨论了高校学科点梯队评估指标体系的建立以及实施这种评估所应具备的条件，以推动高校师资队伍建设工作向更注重于学科梯队建设的方向发展

【Abstract】 In this paper,an evaluation indicators and system are provided to help the construction of discinpinary point and group in the university,and to perfect the development management of teachers resource.
