Cu/Fe金属周期超晶格磁学性质的研究

【摘要】 通过穆斯堡尔谱、振动样品磁强计和提拉样品磁强计对Cu/Fe周期金属超晶格(PMSL)的磁学性质进行了研究。发现居里点高于室温的PMSL样品在室温下出现超顺磁现象,其穆谱峰出现明显的同质异能移,峰间距比块状纯铁的标准值小。这表明超顺磁性的存在致使样品的超精细场强度减弱。

【Abstract】 The magnetism of Cu/Fe PMSL is studied by means of Mssbauer spectrum, a vibrating sample magnetometer and a Czochralski sample magnetometer. It is found that when the PMSL sample with a Curie point higher than room temperature is put under room temperataue condition, supermagnetic phenomena will occur, and there is obvious isomeric displacement at its Mssbauer peak. This spacing of which is smaller than normalized value of pure iron block′s Mssbauer peak spacing. This indicates that reduction in the intensity of hyperfine magnetic field is attributed to the occurrence of superparamagnetism.
