高纯超细锑白的研制

【摘要】 采用低温氯化蒸馏和精馏的方法,从高砷锑烟尘制备出高纯度三氯化锑,再用金属醇盐水解法制备高纯超细氧化锑,产品纯度可达999955%,平均粒径为0015μm。超细锑白的晶型为斜方晶体,热稳定性好,比表面积为624m2/g,白度为90。

【Abstract】 High purity antimony chloride was prepared from high As and Sb flue dust by low temperature chlorinationdistillation and rectification. The high purity antimony chloride was hydrolized by adding metallic alcoxides, obtaining high purity and ultrafine Sb2O3 powder with a purity of 999955% and a mean diameter of 0015 μm. The ultrafine Sb2O3 powder, with prismatic crystals, has good thermal stability, a specific surface area of 624 m2/g and a whiteness of 90.
