高台阶排土场技术及其发展趋势
TECHNIQUES FOR HIGHBENCH DUMPING SITES AND ITS DEVELOPMENT
【摘要】 减少矿山占地是减少国土侵占的重要环节,在排土场表土基底作用机制、排土场泥石流形成、松散废石泄水机理、排土场压密过程研究基础上,完成的排土场增高扩容、泥石流细粒料源控制、排土场底部泄流、胶带排土场变形分析等技术,将促使我国排土场工程发展。文中还介绍了南芬庙儿沟排土场、厂坝七架沟排土场两个成功实例。
【Abstract】 Reducing mine′s land is one of major measures to avoid illegal occupation of cultivated land. The authors studied action mechanism of surface soil, formation of mudrock flow, sluicing mechanism of bulk waste rock and compacting process of a dumping site. Based on this, a series of techniques for dumping site have been achieved, such as increasing height and capacity, control of fine material resource of mudrock flow, base sluicing, and deformation analysis of belt conveyordumping site, etc.. The techniques will promote the development of China′s dumping engineering. In this paper, two successful examples are described.
