【Abstract】 We describe a new UV spectrophotometry for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in compound Tetracaine hydrochloride injection. The determination waveleghth were 248.5nm or 312nm. The average recovery is 100.2% with relative standard deviation of 0.8%.The method is simple and rapid, which can meet the demands of the hospital pre paration.更多还原
