【摘要】 目的：研究血硒（Se）双纤维连结素（Fn）在妊高征妇女血中的变化．方法：将妊高征患者分成不同程度，并对每一病例进行血Se及Fn的同步测定．结果：中、重度妊高征患者血Se明显低于正常妊娠组，并随病情的进展下降程度逐渐加重；妊高征患者血Fn明显高于正常组，防病情的进展升高幅度逐渐加大，并在发病早期即有Fn的改变，但在子痫组血Fn又有下降趋势；血Se与血Fn未见明显相关性．结论：妊高征妇女血Se及Fn均有变化，但两者的作用环节不同．更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To study the levels of selenium(Se) and fibronectin in the blood of patients with pregnacy-induced hypertension(PIH).Methods: We determined the contents of Se and Fn in groups of patients with varying degree of PIH.Results : Se concent in the blood was obviously lower in patients with PIH than that in normal pregnant women. and it dorps further as the severe patients with PIH deteriorate. Fn concentration in the blood was obviously higher in patients with PIH than that in normal pregnant women. The more severe the patients with PIH,the higher the Fn level. The change of Fn happened early but Fn content in the blood drops considerably in groups of patients with eclampsia. and the Fn level was not significantly correlated with that of Se.Conclusions : There are changes of Se and Fn in PIH; Both Se & Fn content in the blood of patients with PIH change considerably.
