应用控轧控冷工艺开发低碳贝氏体高强度钢板
Development of low carbon bainite high strength plate by means of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process
【摘要】 设计了强度级别为685MPa的工程机械用低碳高强度焊接用钢,利用Gleeble热模拟实验机研究了实验钢奥氏体高温变形行为、应变诱发析出行为和连续冷却相变行为。在此基础上利用实验轧机研究了轧制和冷却工艺参数对实验钢力学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明,实验钢通过适当的控制轧制和控制冷却可以得到以细小的贝氏体为主的显微组织,达到强度和韧性的良好匹配。
【Abstract】 Low carbon high strength steel with strength of 685 MPa used for welded engineering machinery is designed and austenitic high temperature deformation behaviour,strain-induced precipitation behviour and transformation behaviour during continuous cooling of the test steel are studied by means of Gleeble thermal simulation testing machine,Based on that,effects of rolling and cooling process parameters on mechanical properties and microstructure of the test steel using testing mill are studied The results show that by means of proper controlled rolling and controlled cooling,microstructure with fine bainite as main structure can be obtained,achieving excellent match of strength with toughness.
