【摘要】 本文对近10年来应用HA修复颌骨囊肿186例，及其中较大颌骨囊肿34例，进行了较系统的临床研究。手术切口一期愈合、外形满意27例（79．5％），较明显颗粒逸漏21例（61.7%），迟发性血清肿4例（2.9％）。并对4例单囊性角化囊肿用液氮冷冻后HA修复，经3年以上随访无复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Of 186 cases jaw bone cysts repaired with HA artificial bone during recent 10 years, 34 cases larger onesare given a rather systemic clinical study in this paper. All the incisions were healed by first intention, with 27cases(79. 5% ) heing satisfying in appearance, 21 cases (61. 7% ) with obvious granule leakage, 4 cases(11. 7% ) with delayed serumlike swelling ,2 cases (5. 9% ) with postoperative infection and 1 cases (2. 9% )with bulgy local deformity . To the single-cyst keratocyst of 4 cases we applied liquid nitrogen therapy beforethe HA treatment was given, with no recurrence through over 3 years follow-up更多还原
