【摘要】 分析５例牙源性腺样瘤的临床病理及该肿瘤的组织来源，报道１例来源于牙源性囊肿衬里上皮的牙源性腺样瘤，建议将发生于牙源性囊肿壁上的牙源性腺样瘤称为壁性牙源性腺样瘤．其诊断的依据是在切片中看到囊肿衬里上皮增生并移行为牙源性腺样瘤，两者之间有明确的延续关系．或在同一切片中看到典型的囊壁及肿瘤成份．并进一步讨论了壁性牙源性腺样瘤与牙源性腺样瘤囊性变的鉴别诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinical pathological feature and tissue origin in five cases of the adenomatoid odontogenic were analyzed. A case of adenomation odontogenic tumor originated from the epithelium - lined of a follicular cyst was reported in the study. We call this kind of tumor "mural adenomatiod odontogenic tumor. The basis of diagnosis are the hyperplasia translation and formation of cystie epithelium or typical cystic well and tumorous tissues could be found on the same section. The differential diagnosis of mural adenomatoid odontogenic tumor and cystic degeneration of tumor was discussed furtherly.更多还原
