【摘要】 龈下残根为临床较常见的大面积牙体缺损，以往大多数被拔除．作者对３６例不同原因造成的龈下残根病例，采用附有烤瓷面桩核的烤瓷全冠修复方法进行修复治疗．随访两年余，该法不仅恢复了龈下残根的形态和生理功能，同时还保护了残根周围牙周组织的健康，进一步提高了修复的质量和效果，扩大了修复的适应证，为残冠残根牙长期的保存和修复提供了一种行之有效的治疗方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Subgingival residual roots are often seen in clinical. It is not unusual to extracted these roots by doctors. This article reports a restorative method to treat these kinds of roots. Casting post cores with porcelain surface are used to treat 36 residual roots. After two years,results showed that this method not only restored residual root shape and function but also kept the health of gingival and periodontal tissues. The method extends the clinical indication for roots treatment and improve the restorative quality. It provides an effective method to treat residual roots and keep them for long time.更多还原
