【Abstract】 Spectophotometry was used to determine bilirubin level in 31 case of human biliary calculus. With its stability and accuracy and linear relationship displayed in the recovery experiment, the method proved to be reliable, simple and feasible. The determined outcome indicated that the biliary calculus in 31 cases were all mixed bilestones primarily containing pure cholesterol bilestones or cholesterol, which were confirmed by X-ray diffraction. 更多还原
