【摘要】 探讨影响单纯网脱复位术后黄斑皱褶形成的主要因素对２６例２７眼网脱复位术后有黄斑皱褶的患者及３０例随机抽取的对照，采用１２个自变量，用逐步回归法，用ＳＰＳＳ／ＰＣ软件包在２ＢＭＰＣ／Ａｔ上进行统计分析结果：Ｘ４网脱发生时间（病程Ｐ＝００００１）、Ｘ１２（手术次数Ｐ＝００１８０）、Ｘ５术前ＰＶＲ（Ｐ＝００２９０）、Ｘ１１裂孔数目（Ｐ＝００３９４）依次是关系最密切的４个因素结果表明：早期诊断，及时正确的手术治疗网脱，是预防网脱复位术后黄斑皱褶形成的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 The multiple factors, which affected maucular pucher formation after retinal detachment, were studied in 26 cases (27 eyes) who had postoperatively-formed maucular pucher and in 30 randomly-taken control cases. Selected were 12 independent variables, which, with stepwise retrogression method, were analyzed by SPSS/PC soft ware on 28MPC/AT. The result bore out respectively such most-correlated 4 factors as X4 (onset time of retinal detachment, P=0.000　1), X5 (the number of surgery times,  P=0.018　0), X5 (PVR before surgery, P=0.029　0) and X11 (the number of breaks,  P=0.039　4). Our conclusion was that early diagnosis and prompt surgery are the key in preventing maucular pucher formation after retinal detachment.更多还原
