铜陵硫酸渣的矿物特征及在磁化焙烧过程中的变化
THE MINERALOGY OF TONGLING PYRITE CINDER AND ITS TRANSITION DURING MAGNETIC ROASTING
【摘要】 铜陵硫酸渣中的铁矿物以赤铁矿为主,脉石矿物以石英为主,铁矿物与脉石矿物相互污染比较严重,直接选矿难以提高含铁品位。磁化焙烧后硫酸渣中的铁矿物以磁铁矿为主,磁铁矿颗粒的含铁品位提高了3%,结晶度也得到明显改善,蜂窝状结构减少,从而为磁选创造了良好的条件。
【Abstract】 The main iron mineral in Tongling pyrite cinder is hematite and the main gangue mineral is quartz,the direct concentration can not effectly increase the iron content in concen-trate because the iron minerals in the cinder are seriously contaminated by gangue minerals. The main iron mineral in magnetic roasted cinder is magnetite, its iron content increases 3 percent and crystallinity improves markedly and the content of a honeycomb-like construc-tion in the cinder decreases,and magnetic concentration conditions optimizes markedly.
