【摘要】 系统地观察不同剂量的冬虫夏草对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明 ,冬虫夏草水煎剂能明显抑制小鼠脾细胞对刀豆蛋白 (ConA)、细菌脂多糖 (LPS)的增殖反应、抑制小鼠单向混合淋巴细胞反应 (MLR)以及白细胞介素 1 (IL 1 )和白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )的合成。随着冬虫夏草剂量的增加 ,其抑制作用表现得越明显。但冬虫夏草对小鼠NK细胞的活性却显示显著的增强作用。提示冬虫夏草对免疫功能的影响是多方面的 ,可能与其对不同的免疫效应细胞具有不同的作用有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of Cordyceps sinensis (CS) on murine immunologic function were observed. The results showed that CS decoction could significantly inhibit murine splenic lymphocyte blastogenesis stimulated with ConA or LPS, MLR of different murine strains, and the production of IL 1 and IL 2, with an obvious dose effect relationship. The results also showed that CS decoction had a marked enhancing effect on the activity of murine NK cells (P<0.001), which suggests that CS decoction has various immunological effects, and this may be related with the reaction on different immunocytes of the decoction.更多还原
