【Abstract】 The optimization of workmanship for processing aconite root was studied by using orthogonal design and by determining the yield, water content, content of alkaloid of ester type, and total alkaloid content of the processed aconite root. The optimum workmanship for processing aconite root by orthogonal design in this paper is that to soak aconite root thoroughly in water, cut it into slices (2～4 mm in thickness), and boil the slices in water for 120 minutes.更多还原
