【摘要】 目的：了解腰间盘突出后路手术对腰椎稳定的影响。方法：随访了１７８例术后病人，观察其临床症状和拍摄腰椎过伸—屈位Ｘ光片。结果：发现８７％有腰椎节段不稳（Ｌｕｍｂｅｒ、ｓｅｇｍｅｎｔａｌｓｐｉｎａｌｉｎｓｔａｂｉｌｉｔｙ“ＬＳＳＩ”）的临床症状，９０９％有ＬＳＳＩＸ线征象。结论：认为全板半板切除、开窗腰间盘摘除均增加了ＬＳＳＩ，只是组织破坏越小，ＬＳＳＩ的加重越小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To evaluate the effect of posterioapproaching lumbar discectomy.Metheds:178 patients,being operated through posterior approach,were followedup.All patients were interviewed and roentgenograms of lumbar spine were taken both at hyyperextension and at hyperflexion positions.Results:Of all patients,87% of them had the symptoms of lumbar instability and 909% of them had the signs of lumbar instability on roetgerograms.Conclusion:Posterior approach operation,whether it is laminectomy,hemilaminectomy or fenestration,will increase lumbar instability though the less the tissue is destroyed,the less serious the lumbar instability developes.更多还原
