AutoCAD实体造型误差分析与补偿方法
ERROR ANALYSIS AND COMPENSATION IN FORMING SOLID BY AUTOCAD
【摘要】 本文对AME造型过程的由二维带锥度构造三维实体所产生的误差进行了分析,并且尝试性地采用最小二乘法任意次方程拟合出误差曲线。在大量作图的基础上求解了圆、椭圆、圆弧拟合曲线构造实体过程中的最小二乘四次误差方程,绘制了误差曲线,采用误差补偿法,使误差减小了3~10倍,基本上能满足实体造型的需要。
【Abstract】 This paper analyses the modelling error caused by AME (Advanced Modelling Extension), when lofting 2d enclosed pyramid tapes to construct a 3d solid. By introducing"the least square method" , the constructing error model for solid is formed. The fourth degree error equations for corresponding models of circle, ellipse, and arc have been accomplished. By means of compensation, these errors has been cut down some 3-10 times,the related results are encouraging.
