分段圆弧优化逼近矢量汉字
Piecewise Circular Arcs Optimum Approxim \ ation of the Chinese Vector Characters
【摘要】 从激光切割加工的特点出发,针对矢量汉字在激光切割中出现的问题,提出了用圆弧优化逼近矢量汉字的方法。在处理过程中采用动态规划法获取优化点列,应用微分法获得圆弧参数,使分段圆弧逼近误差最小,圆弧段数达到最少。使切割汉字的数控代码减少,节约了内存,提高了矢量汉字的光顺性。
【Abstract】 According to features of laser cutting and the problem discovered in laser cutting the chinese vector characters,this paper presents a method—— piecewise circular arcs optimum approximation to automatically process the chinese vector characters.The dynamic progamming algorithm is applied to find dominant points,the circular arc parmeters are found by using the incremantal method,so NC programms of cutting the chinese vector characters are shorter,memory space needed is decreased,smoothing property is improved.
