【Abstract】 Expression of human interferon-α2b mRNA was induced by Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV)in leukocytes from healthy chinese people.Total RNA was extracted by high pure RNA isolation kit.By using reverse transcription(RT)Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technique we amplified the interferon-α2b encoding cDNA,and cloned it into PUC 18.DNA sequence analysis results showed that the cDNA we coloned is human interferon-α2b cDNA.更多还原
