【摘要】 为了降低膀胱癌术后复发率，联合应用BCG和IL－2膀胱内灌注32例。随访6个月～7年6个月，平均48个月。手术后1年内复发1例（3．1％），2年内复发5例（15．6％），5年内复发7例（21．9％）。结果表明，联合应用BCG和IL－2膀胱内灌注可以增强免疫治疗效果，明显地降低膀胱癌术后的复发率，同时可以减少BCG用量过大所引起的并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 To reduce postoperative recurrence rate of bladder cancer, intravesical instillation of acombination of 100000 units of IL-2 and 100 mg of BCG was given postoperatively to 32 patients with bladder cancer. Postoperative recurrence rate of bladder cancer in 1 year was 3.1% (1/32);in 2 years, 15. 6% (5/32) and in 5 years 21. 9% (7/32). BCG together with IL-2Is recommended for intravesical instillation to strengthen the effect of immunotherapy, tolower the postoperative recurrence rate of bladder cancer and to reduce complications causedby over dose of BCG.更多还原
