丁香醛合成工艺的改进研究

【摘要】 采用新型高效的碱式碳酸铜-DMF催化体系,并以廉价甲醇代替DMF为溶剂,系统地考察了由3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯甲醛经甲氧基化反应合成了香醛的反应条件,其中在新型反应体系中,3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯甲醛在110-℃下于2.67mol/L的甲醇销溶液中搅拌反应2h,丁香醛收率以溴代物计达93.4%。

【Abstract】 By the improved study of methoxylation reaction in the process of synthesizing syringaldehydefrom 3,5 - dibromo - 4 - hydroxybenzaldehyde, the reaction conditions were improved which includeda mild and efficient cupric subcarbonate - DMF catalytic system was found and the DMF solvent wasreplaced by methanol. At last, with the cupric subcarbonate - DMF being used as catalyst andmethanol as solvent, 93. 4% 3, 5 - dibromo - 4 - hydroxybenzaldehyde could be converted to sy-ringaldehyde at 110 0℃ for 2h.
