百喜草栽培平菇研究初报
A Study on the Application of Bahia Grass inCultivating Oyster Mushroom
【摘要】 利用百喜草作为栽培料，采用不同的配方栽培平菇，试验表明：熟料栽培以百喜草∶棉籽壳为３∶２的配方效果较好，生物转化率达２１０％，投入与产出比为１∶４．５；生料栽培以百喜草∶麦麸为４∶１的配方更好，这为百喜草的开发利用及平菇栽培料开辟了一条新途径。
【Abstract】 Deals with the utilization of Bahia grass in cultivating Oyster mushroom.The results showed that the Bahia grass could be used in cultivating Oyster mushroom.This opens a new way to Bahia grass utilization and offers a new material for cultivating Oyster mushroom.
