【摘要】 用ＬＦＡ３处理饲喂高脂日粮的Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠，检测血脂及超氧化物歧化酶活性。结果表明，ＬＦＡ３能使饲喂高脂日粮的大鼠血清胆固醇、甘油三酯及肝胆固醇、甘油三酯分别下降２２％，３１％，４１％和２２％，而血清ＳＯＤ和肝ＳＯＤ活性分别上升２２％和３７％。提示，ＬＦＡ３有降血脂作用，并通过提高机体的ＳＯＤ活性而具有抗衰老作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Wistar rats fed with high fat diet were treated by LFA 3 and their serum lipid and superoxide dismutase activity were determined.The results showed that LFA 3 led to the decrease in serum cholesterol,serum triglyceride,liver cholesterol and liver triglyceride by 22%,31%,41% and 22% respectively,but led to the increase in serum superoxide dismutase and liver serum superoxide by 22% and 37% respectively.These results suggested that LFA 3 had the function to reduce serum lipid and to slow down aging.更多还原
